Official names, neighborhoods and transport
Pendik’s official district information identifies 36 neighborhoods and a long Marmara coastline. M4 crosses the district toward Sabiha Gökçen Airport, while Marmaray and intercity rail serve the coastal corridor. The district is large enough that “Pendik” alone is not a useful address-level description.

What should be checked for a specific property?
A neighborhood name alone is not enough to assess a property. The formal title address, actual distance to the correct station entrance, walking route, road access, the building’s legal and technical status and any applicable restrictions must be checked for the specific property. District-level studies do not replace a building-level technical assessment.
